Our Infusion Team operates out of the infusion clinic working directly with Dr. Lourdes. The nurse would be responsible for clinic visits as well as completing the Precision Genomics program. We provide a wide variety of infusions given to adult patients, therefore, RN this role would have experience with Chemotherapy, Fluids, Antibiotics, Biotherapy infusions.
Chemo/Bio Certificate is required to hang chemo but not a pre-requisite for hire. We will provide help to obtain this certification upon hire.
The schedule for this role will be 3-12 hr shifts per week on day shift. On-Call weekends (work roughly 4 hours each day) every 13 weekends. One holiday (again working approximately 4 hours) every 2 years.

Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
