The Office Manager is responsible for maintaining an engaged, operationally sound, and high performing team with and emphasis and dedication to improving the financial wellness of the customer. This leadership role is a key player and coach - overseeing the daily branch operations, driving branch performance results through specific sales metrics, and managing associate performance.
What is the job?
Manage the daily operations of the branch
Develop new loan and deposit business as well as expand current customer relationships
Provide coaching, support, and training for branch personnel
Ensure the team meets and exceeds branch sales, quality, and service goals while maintaining an efficient operation and compliant branch
Manage all customer concerns promptly and professionally
Perform a wide variety of customer service transactions including accepting loan applications, cross-selling services/products, and performing teller duties as needed
What do you bring to the job?
Previous leadership experience in a retail banking environment
Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
Ability to lead others through holding oneself to a high level of integrity and ethical standards
