ManpowerGroup Community Banking Executive - DIRECT HIRE in Carmel, Indiana

Manpower has partnered with a growing financial institution headquartered in Evansville to recruit for a COMMUNITY EXECUTIVE to directly join our client's leadership team in Carmel, Indiana.

The Community Executive is a professional, highly visible community liaison who will work diligently to identify, develop, and maintain key business relationships with new and existing bank customers. This role will also provide daily support at the branch level.

What is the job?

  • Manage the daily operations of the branch

  • Responsible for developing new loan and deposit business as well as expanding current customer relationships

  • Serve as relationship manager for a portfolio of high net worth individuals

  • Provide coaching, support, and training for branch personnel

  • Represent the bank at events within the local community as well as actively participate in community organizations and boards

What do you bring to the job?

  • Bachelor degree preferred in business, finance, or account OR 8+ years of direct banking experience

  • Previous experience in a bank leadership role

  • Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills

  • Ability to lead others through holding oneself to a high level of integrity and ethical standards
