CNO Financial Group Recruiter in Carmel, Indiana
The high volume Recruiter is responsible for managing full life cycle recruitment for various businesses within CNO Financial Group. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and human resource generalists to create effective strategies for filling positions with high quality candidates. This person will have accountability for positions in various locations and within different disciplines.
Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Meet specific monthly recruiting targets.
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for select high volume positions.
This includes hiring strategy, candidate sourcing, screening, assessments, setting interviews, extending offers and handling onboarding tasks.
This also includes some travel to site locations for onsite interviews.
Develop and manage a consistent talent pipeline.
Source candidates using a variety of channels to broaden reach/scope for specific roles
Build relationships with business leaders.
Position yourself as a subject matter expert.
Provide open discussion about process and best practices to help streamline or tweak current processes.
Examines & evaluates information on employment application/resume to determine meeting eligibility requirements for position vacancy.
Coordinates the new hire process to ensure a seamless transition to new employee orientation.
Assists the recruiting team with additional projects as assigned
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge of employment practices, federal & state laws preferred
Working knowledge of an ATS system (Jobvite preferred)
1-3 years experience in high volume recruiting
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree, in a related discipline, or equivalent
Minimum of three years of related work experience
Call center or sales recruiting experience preferred
Prior experience in an HR Coordinator role a plus
