The specific responsibilities of this role are to identify, select, and ship high value items to our eCommerce facility to support the growth of Goodwill's online sales.ResponsibilitiesSearching incoming donations for high value merchandise.Processing and organizing products for eCommerce and in store showcases.Completing all required training to help their site achieve their online sales goals.Maximizing online posting percentage while maintaining a high average ticket.
