Using varied software programs, this position is responsible for performing hospital cell assembly work virtually with maximum quality, accuracy, and speed according to job priority and specifications. While training will be onsite, there is a potential to work remotely for those individuals who qualify. In order to work from home, an individual must have high speed internet.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to read and understand job specifications
Ability to identify medical record forms and assign their correct location in the medical record according to established Medical Record Chart Orders as adhered to specifications set by the client contracted for E-Assembly
Ability to work closely with Other departments, for the completion of the work to the client
Maintain the turnaround times as governed by contracts with client
Maintain accurate production records to note billable hours
Meet all quality and production standards
Maintain confidentiality and security of client information per client guidelines.
Epic EMR Experience required
Proficient computer skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Strong memorization skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or GED Certificate Required
Driven to meet internal deadlines
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing business needs in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently in a team environment.
