As the IT Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure at XPO Supply Chain warehouses, plants and distribution facilities in North America. You will interface directly with other XPO employees and customers and provide excellent customer service, prioritization, responsiveness and technical knowledge. Become a part of our growing, dynamic team and we'll help you develop to a level that will exceed your expectations.Pay, benefits and more.We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you'll do on a typical day:Supervise, direct and manage performance of the Support Center teamWork closely with the XPO Global Operations Support Center and other Supervisors to ensure consistent practices and that both sites are in syncPartner with other support teams as needed for changes, releases, etc.Provide knowledge, support and troubleshooting of Tier 1 technical issues including hardware, software, applications and accessAct as the team's technical expert by providing answers through experience, research, instructions, documentation and collaborationTake calls or work tickets depending on volume and staffing; provide support for site "code calls" as neededHandle escalations in a timely mannerMonitor and analyze performance metrics for the Support Center to ensure clients' needs are properly metWork on projects as assigned by managementWhat you need to succeed at XPO:At a minimum, you'll need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience3 years of experience supporting a corporate, warehouse or networked computer environmentIt'd be great if you also have:Bachelor's degree or vocational training in CS, MIS or BusinessSupervisory experience in a fast-paced contact center environmentAbility to work any shift, including weekends5 years of experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, O365ITIL CertificationServiceNow experienceExperience with Knowledge ManagementExcellent communication and customer service skillsBe part of something big.XPO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
