Job Description

Responsibilities, include;

  • Accountable for business and relationship management and the overall client health through retention, achieving desired profit margin/revenue and enabling growth opportunities for the assigned client(s).

  • Client engagement leader for your supported client(s) both internally and externally.

  • Identifies leads for new capabilities and cross-Conduent growth opportunities.

  • Actively visits client locations to build and strengthen the relationship with the customer and conducts regular cadence of communication with the customer at various levels within the client’s organization by effectively articulating the Conduent value propositions.

  • Leads business reviews both internally and externally and key contributor to weekly/monthly operations reviews.

  • Responsible for client satisfaction through potentially multiple Net Promoter Scores (NPS) that could be representative of different services delivered.

  • Manages multiple client/contract(s).

  • Manages monthly invoicing process for supported client(s).

  • Often leads multiple initiatives concurrently and ensures successful delivery against the stated objective(s).

  • Acts as a liaise between the client and cross-functional internal teams.

  • Forecast and track key account metrics (KPI’s, SLA’s, etc).

  • Provides industry and company knowledge within the business/vertical supported.


  • 10+ years of proven experience with large scale, enterprise account management.

  • Track record of managing portfolios generating annual revenue of $15M+.

  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the print/mail/digital business with relationship management focus.

  • Strong leadership experience, self-motivation, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of print/mail/digital solution account management or selling is highly preferred.

  • Team player who can partner with delivery organizations to meet client objectives and drive value.

  • An assertive growth driver who can forge relationships with executives as well as key line of business contacts.

  • Skilled in account strategy, account planning, relationship strategy.

  • Experience working closely with service delivery and operational partners.

  • Proven track record of significantly growing existing accounts through relationship development and identification of growth opportunities.

  • Proven track record of attaining and exceeding quotas for both revenue retention and add-on business.

  • Possess excellent oral and written communications, including the ability to effectively present information to top management and executives (internally and externally), as required.

  • Must be able to work in a virtual team environment in order to coordinate the appropriate resources to meet varying client requirements.

  • Must have excellent collaboration skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience highly preferred.
