Calling all AgTechs! Manpower is looking for enthusiastic, experienced professionals focused on providing exceptional service and support for the buyers of machine-to-machine (M2M) equipment. Hit the ground running and cultivate with the leading service provider of data plans and precision guidance technology in the US for Agriculture and Construction.

Positions available:

Call Center- Front Line Customer Care - $14- $15 an hour

Call Center- Entry Level Tech and Software Support - $19 an hour

Description:

Individual will interact with customers via phone or email to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. Also, handle and resolve customer complaints. Duties also include order entry, onboarding of new customers, and provide quick and professional cellular activations.

Qualifications:

*Must have 2+ years' experience in cellular, two-way radios, Ag Precision guidance or tech industries for consideration.

*Must be very comfortable working with MS Office (Word/Excel).

*Great phone/email based client care is essential, must be able to come across on the phone as very friendly and helpful.

*Must be able to effectively self-manage, be an inclusive team member, and be able to provide a quiet, professional home office space.

*Ability to work closely with manufacturers, their sales channels and customers providing stellar customer service and technical support

Tech Specialist must possess qualities and abilities above, including API and light coding Knowledge
