Other duties may be assigned.Order entry for all IPC facilitiesCommunicate to Sales Rep/Brokers and issues on new order problems (credit holds, price verification, short weights, and short lead times)Transmit daily shortage information to customers/brokers/sales representativesCoordinate holiday delivery schedules with customers/brokersAssist in all departmental tasks during vacations and vacanciesEnsure appointment times implemented are in accordance with customer demandsHandle will calls, special orders, and processingSOP credit note entryQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
