Summary/Objective
Support and assist role to Director of M&A in multiple functions related to company’s M&A activity, both pre and post-acquisition. LCI is looking to add a high-performing M&A Analyst to its Acquisitions team to help support all aspects of the M&A process. The role offers professional development opportunities and exposure at all phases of a deal process, from sourcing to structuring to close and post-close analysis. This individual will have several strategic & quantitative responsibilities including prospect evaluation, financial modeling, valuation and risk analyses, and due diligence. The analyst will also analyze industry prospects and acquisition targets by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform analyses and assist in recommendations concerning the due diligence process and/or specific deals under review.
Assess and profile companies to support both formulation and identification/execution of the strategic partnership, joint venture, and acquisition opportunities.
Support M&A transaction as needed including assisting with due diligence activity.
Understand, structure, and analyze complex business issues.
Translate analysis output into practical and implementable recommendations.
Share insights and recommendations based in sound logic.
Build a network of internal relationships with a broad cross-section of the organization, and leverage organizational knowledge, resources, and expertise.
Manage own time and schedule with initiative and effectiveness, negotiating and prioritizing demands across multiple projects.
Exercise sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytic skills; the ability to talk through deals comprehensively.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk and listen. While a lot of the time may be spent behind a desk, it is also critical that the employee spend time in operations. This includes places like the production shop floor, as well as observing warehouse operations, and shipping.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week expected. Some weekend and overnight work as needed. Hours my vary.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, economics, or business strategy
3 or more years of experience working in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity
Location: Elkhart
Travel expectations: Up to 25% travel depending on the location of the project
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be able to pass E-Verify.
