Essential Functions
Embodies the LCI Leader Qualities: Motivator, Servant Leader, Coachable, and Effective Communicator.
Schedule group, and one on one dream session with team members.
Facilitate Group and 1 on 1 dream sessions.
Contribute to the growth and development of the LCI Dream Achiever to promote the LCI values, cultural engagement with team members and accomplish company goals.
Meet with Dream Achiever participants once a month to assess their progress and discuss next steps. In order to take time to dream up a richer, more abundant future for themselves and their families.
Coach team members towards achieving their dreams through asking engaging, open-ended questions that allows the team member to draw upon resources within themselves to arrive to their own answers.
Create a culture and environment where team members are assisting other team members towards achieving their dreams.
Focus on encouraging team members and giving them permission to pursue their dreams. Avoid judgment; provide accountability. Keep the responsibility and ownership for the achievement of dreams with the team member.
Our focus is on the team member’s dreams, potential, and not problems.
Build relational trust with team members, division and plant leadership.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, with an average of 40 scheduled hours per week.
Travel
Some travel maybe expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor Degree. Previous experience with a background in the leadership and development of people. Minimum of five years’ experience.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be able to pass EVerify.
