Your responsibilitiesthyssenkrupp Elevator Americas is currently seeking an experienced Operations Coordinatorin Evansville, IN. Essential duties and responsibilities:Performs Install Base maintenance as neededUpdates on-call lists, sends detailed notification to TK Communications daily Checks technicians in/out, sends down car listing and communicates information to Regional Dispatch and supervisorsReview thyssenkrupp Communications callback report to identify all callbacks held for AM service, verify manpower has been assigned Update the Shared Calendar and On Call lists for thyssenkrupp CommunicationsProvides status to NTL and customers on open work orders, down units, repairs and completed callbacksTrack and maintain field employee vacation requests and PTOTracks Job Sight auditsReviews field employee payroll daily and scrubs for Service Operations ManagerCreates parts requisitions Tracks and receives partsPerforms research and review for Service Manager; which may include but not limited to; running Account History reports, weekly pre-invoicing reports, high profile service account reports, WIP, Routing, TK Exact, missed service reports, sick unit reports, researching billable callsCreates, assigns and edits preventative maintenance, safety inspection and repair tickets for field employees as neededSchedules, tracks and provides customers with documentation of Safety InspectionsCompiles data/information for legal for First Report of Incidents and/or lawsuits (copies of contracts, tickets, and requested data) (assist office manager and/or contract sales admin to compile the required documentation)Prepares and tracks badging applicationsReview and correct open ticket report Then submits to Regional dispatchReviews WIP report (weekly) and submits to regional billersPerforms other duties as assignedYour profileA High School diploma or equivalent is requiredAn Associate's Degree or equivalent hours of college-level coursework is preferredRequires excellent computer skills, with focus on MS Word and ExcelExperience with ORACLE (or similar large ERP system) is preferredExperience working in an office in the construction industry or similar trade is preferredReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsVEVRAA Federal ContractorRequest Priority Protected Veteran ReferralsEOE -Veteran /Disabled/Minority/AA/F/M/SO
