Aerotek Welder in Evansville, Indiana


Looking to add a Fabricator in Evansville, IN. Candidates will be responsible for welding/fabricating fixtures and components. This will include reading blueprints and utilizing basic hand tools to fully assemble/troubleshoot the equipment. The fabricator will be responsible for reading blueprints, altering material to specification & welding/assembly of materials. All work will be completed in the Evansville shop. Will work directly with the ops. manager/shop lead/machinists/welders/technicians, to ensure that all components of the equipment are fabricated & assembled within specifications.

· Must be able MIG, TIG & Stick weld

· Read and understand blue prints and welding symbols for fabrication

· Ability to use measuring and leveling devices.

· Ability to meet production scheduled hours.

· Create and maintain a safe and sanitary working environment

· Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude

· Flexibility to work hours necessary to meet plant requirement

Disqualifiers: No welding or fabrication experience. Only having production welding experience is not adequate
