Aerotek Administrative Assistant/Customer Support in Fishers, Indiana


Preference is given to candidates with experience in construction admin and/or marketing and/or experience in social media marketing.

This is a small office/team environment who has the primary responsibility of servicing the customers and inputting data. This person will work with the customers and suppliers to get the products ordered and delivered on time. This person will make sure customers are aware of where they are in the process, when the job will get complete, when and how to get the insurance company info and explain the process to the customers.

Admin/Marketing Assistant to work at a small construction firm along with another segment of the business bringing new digital products and services to market.


Administrative support, data input, customer service, google drive, coordination, communications

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Fast paced environment, last year they did 300 jobs during the summer. Monday the had 5 jobs all going at the same time that needed to have material ordered and delivered, crews coordinated to complete the job, communication with each party including when the job will be complete, what orders need to be escalated.
