Kelly Services Customer Service in Fishers, Indiana

Kelly Services is hiring Customer Service Representatives for one of the fastest growing privately held mortgage companies in the country. These positions are Direct Hire and start January 4th. These positions will start out working from home. Located in Fishers, IN.

  • Training is 8am-5pm for 6 weeks.

  • Schedule is 1pm or 1:30pm to 10pm and every 3rd Saturday: 9am-6pm.

  • Not allowed to miss any days during the first 90 days due to training.

  • Twice a year they have shift bids with possibility of changing shift.

  • Pay is $15.50/hour plus benefits.

  • Ability to apply for other positions within the company after 6 months.

  • Requires at least 1 year of recent call center experience and a solid work history.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting customers in the servicing of their mortgage. This may include helping in a call center capacity in one of the following functions: customer service, collections, or loss mitigation. Requires 1-year of call center customer service experience and solid work history.
