Job Opening: General LaborApply Online: production worker position performs all tasks involved in the production of the companyand#39;s products and is primarily responsible for assisting in the flow of production. This includes mattress, sewing and furniture. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Observance of all safety rules and policies maintained by the company. Maintenance of material inventory. Movement of raw material through installations area. Assurance of proper parts specifications (size, dimensions, gauge, etc.) for chassis completion. Assurance of sufficient part supply at all processing stations. Assistance in repair work as necessary. Must be able to work as a part of a team to achieve the companyand#39;s overall goals. Must demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to read and process written communication including, but not limited to measurements, directions, instructions, etc. Must be able to help production meet goals and time deadlines for company projects. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to physically lift and maneuver mattresses weights in excess of fifty pounds. Must possess successful problem solving skills.
