Connects members with the resources available to ensure we care about their money matters.i iiPERFORMANCE STANDARDSWhat does this position do?Resolve delinquency and make recommendations for the appropriate course of action to minimize loss to the credit union. Interact with members to encourage resolution of delinquent loans and negative deposit accounts. Provide and review hardship packages to determine the best course of action for the membership. Initiate further collection efforts through attorney or collection agency, as well as managing recovery payments.iWho does this position work with to get the job done?Routinely collaborates with all resource centers to ensure that communication is consistent and that membership needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.i Provides flexible and responsive support to the entire workforce in order to produce results year after year. iWhat does the work from this position produce or generate?Effective and timely membership service, resolution of or the necessary actions taken toward the resolution of delinquent accounts, and bankruptcy, foreclosure, or repossession proceeding if accounts cannot be resolved.i ii What is the impact of this position?Minimizes loss to the credit union, touch point with membership, impacts Measures that Matter. Reviews budgets and/or hardship packages to provide appropriate options to membership.Supports processes to ensure a minimal loss to the credit union, such as bankruptcy, foreclosure, and repossession.iExplains the process and its components clearly and can answer questions with confidence and resolution.
