Parkview Health Patient Meal Call Center Operator in Fort Wayne, Indiana
Organizes patient menus to ensure accuracy of diet order, timeliness of meal service, and smooth food service operations for any/all Parkview entities that provide patient meals. Responsible for the production of meal tickets, nourishment orders, and census reports, utilizing department diet office software program. Responds to interdepartmental telephone inquiries, maintains all office equipment and supply inventory for nutrition office.
High school diploma/GED preferred.
Minimum of 1-year experience in call center setting, hospitality services, or customer service preferred. Previous experience in nutritional services in a medical or hospital setting preferred.
Must be 16 years of age. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates ability to multi-task and work independently using critical thinking skills. Must be able to use departmental equipment, as outlined by the department. Must be able to demonstrate general computer skills.
