Aerotek Remote Paralegal in Fort Wayne, Indiana

Aerotek is currently hiring a fully remote Paralegal for a company located in Richmond, IN! This position does require someone with paralegal or legal assistant experience.


  • Respond to system generated requests from internal business units for Policy Holder information using company proprietary systems and resources according to document procedures.

  • Gather information and complete request from internal stakeholders for Policy and Underwriting documents

  • Collect required documentation, review file documentation, and make sure all items needed are requested.

  • Ensure that all policy documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with company policy.

  • Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and other documents for recurring internal reports.

  • Contact and communicate with internal partners by telephone, e-mail, MS teams or in-person.


Must Have:

  • Paralegal or Legal assistant experience

  • Microsoft Excel (used in most recent or current role).

  • Good job tenure (no more than 3 jobs in last 5 years).

Job Details: First shift; starts out as a 6 month contract (could be hired on permanently based on experience).
