Parkview Regional Medical Center-Dietetics/Food Service Professional - Non Clinical - Full Time, Days, Hours vary Posted 2018-04-03 Req # 134063 Summary Responsible for all aspects of food production including menu planning and food preparation at an account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company. Implements business practices in order to uphold Company mission and values. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services and creation of opportunities for growth. Will be part of Culinary Support Team for the Parkview Regional Health System. # Education Culinary Arts Degree preferred. # Licensure/Certification Serv-Safe or some other HACCP certification required within six months of hire date. # Experience Minimum of five years# experience in food service operations. Minimum of two year Culinary/Kitchen management experience, including fine dining experience. Experience in Health care is preferred. # Other Qualifications Work is performed in an area that is adequately lighted and ventilated. Physical Demands: Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform the work, such as above-average agility and dexterity, and long periods of walking, standing, bending or carrying moderately heavy items. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
