We are willing to provide complete training for this opportunity!less thanbr> PURPOSE:less thanbr> The Technical Sales and Service Rep (TSSR) will be responsible for applying sales strategies to grow HCC s Aqua Filtration System (AFS) business at new and existing customer sites. The TSSR will also be responsible for performing HCC services at customer facilities. Service responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: replacement of AFS filter media, general troubleshooting of the AFS unit, and placement/replacement of the AFS unit when necessary.less thanbr> SPECIFIC DUTIES:less thanbr> * Responsible for engaging in and promoting safe work behaviors in a manner that is consistent with all HCC safety guidelinesless thanbr> * Responsible for all Aqua Filtration Services (AFS) sales, service, growth and new business development within a specific branch geographic territoryless thanbr> * Aligns work orders to minimize mileage and travel timeless thanbr> * Inspects vehicle and equipment for safe operationless thanbr> * Pursues additional services with existing accountsless thanbr> * Achieve sales expectations for unit placement, total revenue and new customer development.less thanbr> * Service and maintain all existing and new AFS customers.less thanbr> * Assesses potential customer needs, presents HCC products and services to customers, and develops new customersless thanbr> * Develops sales leads for Data-Marketingless thanbr> * Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatlyless thanbr> * Work with branch personnel to maximize AFS lead potential at current and new customers.less thanbr> * Maintains compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirementsless thanbr> * Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer developmentless thanbr> * Adhere to all corporate policies and standards including but not limited to environmental, health, and safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenanceless thanbr> * Performs other related duties as assignedless thanbr>JOB REQUIREMENTSless thanbr> POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:less thanbr> To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
