Job Title: General Labor - Process Reports to: Processing Supervisor Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Job Code: 17816 JOB SUMMARY Red Gold employees are truly a component of the company's success in the market. This position will relieve the processing line employees for lunches and breaks and run all pieces of equipment as needed. Due to the dynamic nature of our business, duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Relieve processing personnel on all line equipment for lunch and break periods. Have working knowledge of all processing equipment. General housekeeping of production lines as required. Assist in training new employees. Fill-in for absences as required Assist with line changeovers Notifies supervision of any current or potential mechanical concerns of the equipment.
