Aerotek Logistics Admin in Greenwood, Indiana

Description:

  • Provide administrative support on the Logistics team.

  • Purchase Order Entry

  • Logistics Coordinator; delivery arrangement, ISF filing, import customs entry coordination etc

  • Invoving.

Qualifications:

Must Haves:

  • 1+ year of administrative experience completing invoices and PO processing. responsible for invoicing and PO processing.

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics/shipping company.

  • Strong Microsoft Office; will be using Excel daily to enter invoices.

  • Automotive experience is preferred.

  • High School Diploma or GED minimum (Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred).
