We have a Clinical Nurse Leader that works Monday through Friday to assist with questions, concerns and the day to day activities of the nurses and aides. The unit also has a resource LPN that is an extra set of hands and will also function as a team leader when needed. We are also lucky enough to have an admission discharge RN that works 4 days a week and completes the majority of the admissions and discharges during the day and early evening hours.
