Aerotek Administrative Support in Indianapolis, Indiana

We are hiring for 3 Administrative Support Reps for an automotive support company located on the northwest side of Indianapolis! This position is a first shift (with overtime during the week), pays $14-$15/hour and does require someone to work in the office.

Description:

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide a variety of support services in a title center office environment.

  • Process orders and assignments, including logging and tracking of mail.

  • Open incoming mail and prepare outgoing packages.

  • Scan and enter documents and data into computer system same day received.

  • File and pull documents in correct numerical order.

  • Set up new records and maintain existing records.

  • Match records by comparing data points.

  • Communicate professionally through email and system notes.

  • Follow well-established procedures and under close direction of supervisor.

  • Open to learning automobile titling.

  • Assist with other office functions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Must be able to handle working in a stressful work environment.

  • Basic computer skills - Excel, Outlook, & Word.

  • Positive attitude.
