Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm + weekend rounding rotation

Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant , to work alongside the Vascular team at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis, IN.
Monday - Friday 8am – 4:30pm; Hours may vary based on patient volume/needs
Weekend Rounding Rotation: 1 in 6 + Holiday Rotation
Assist daily in the clinic, ER Consults, and Hospital Rounding
Travel between Community Health Network hospital sites in Indianapolis will be incorporated as needed
Competitive compensation and benefits package
Experience as a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferred
Acute Care training and experience is required
Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, and planning skills
Hard working, proactive, and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
Must be comfortable assessing patients independently
Licensure & Certifications
Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
