Where you fit in

The Ambulatory Clinical RN Lead functions as a member of the physician practice team, conducting duties such as: assisting with hiring and training for clinical staff, daily staffing at main offices and satellite locations, preparing for safety audits, overseeing supplies and appropriate sample management, coaching and corrective action for staff, Kronos, working with GI leadership on office/work flow issues, working with MD leadership, holding clinical meetings with staff, and staff retention. Travel will b e required as the Lead RN will cover four main offices and some satellite locations.

Your exceptional skills

Two years or more of supervisor, clinical lead, or charge experience required . Two years of ambulatory experience required . Excellent communication skills; excellent team skills; compassionate and caring; accountable; organized; self-directed.

Your exceptional qualifications

Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited school of nursing or three years of related professional nursing experience. Bachelors degree preferred. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
