CSR - Warehouse Job Description

As a Customer Solutions Representative in our Indianapolis Hub location's warehouse, you will be responsible for accurately and quickly picking orders, receiving and putting away product, shipping orders and inventory management. This is an excellent career opportunity as our sales growth has out-paced the industry average, creating new positions for self-motivated, goal oriented team players.


  • Receiving, storing and loading products at a rapid pace.

  • Attention to detail, keeps records as products enter and leave the warehouse.

  • Help to ensure that warehouse is kept clean and safety codes are followed.

  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with employees, officials, and customers.

  • Physically counts inventory items to verify accuracy on a regular basis.

  • Investigates and reports reasons for discrepancy errors in computation or count.


  • Valid IN/OH/KY/ or WV driver’s license with acceptable driving record for the past three years.

  • Increasingly responsible experience in warehouse receiving, picking, shipping and stocking.

  • Ability to lift cases that can weigh up to one hundred (100) pounds.

  • Working knowledge of a computerized inventory control system.

  • Proficient computer skills (MS Word or Excel or similar software related program.)

  • Experience in inventory and materials control procedures.

  • Knowledgeable in business math calculations and run a point-of-sale terminal.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and customers.

  • Excellent physical health is required as this position will involve (loading and unloading supplies).

  • The work is physically demanding and requires lifting, bending or standing for long periods of time.

  • Training and certification are required by material handlers to operate heavy-lifting machinery like forklifts.

  • Capable of relating to people of diverse ages and demographic backgrounds.
