The opportunity
EYs Technology Solutions Delivery practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in Infor’s applications and technology space. Consultants in the Infor practice advise clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Our focus will be on helping our clients to implement technology to enable business and operational improvement.
Job Summary
Individual will work as part of a team or individually to design and implement technical solutions for Infor EAM providing proven expertise during implementation, upgrade or redesign projects in the Health and Public Safety sector. General requirements include hands-on experience with implementations and/or upgrades of cloud and on-premise Infor EAM suite along with project leadership and subject-matter experience of modules within the suite. Position works directly with clients providing hands-on leadership, process design, application configuration and build support, training, testing, problem resolution, go-live support and change management. As a Senior Manager, individual will have a business development and delivery responsibility to help customers meet their objectives of increasing revenue, profitability and market competitiveness; ensuring that the design and delivery of complex solutions provided meet customer requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities
The Infor EAM Senior Manager will be a senior leader in the EAM practice developing talent, contributing intellectual capital, helping close new business, and providing consulting services to EAM clients ultimately helping them improve business performance.
Practice Leadership:
Promote an effective forum for sharing EAM expertise within the practice to strengthen collective EAM knowledge and aiding the resolution of our client’s challenges
Be the voice of Infor EAM in the Health & Public Safety sector; gather and consolidate market observations and trends
Lead the development of high-quality Health & Public Safety asset management Point of Views (PoVs), white papers and other internal and external marketing materials
Continually pursue latest product features, functionality and technology innovations to stay current and add value to our projects
Maintain and upskill knowledge of Infor products, services and industry practices
Develop external eminence across the sub capabilities in the EAM space (e.g., asset performance mgt, maintenance digitization, safety, mobile asset mgt)
Business Development:
Collaborate with the business development team to jointly qualify and pursue customer opportunities
Support the Health and Public Safety EAM sales pipeline and actively participate in the RFI/RFP process to develop the technical aspects of proposals
Present technical solutions to customers, both formally and informally, as required
Author high-quality, informative content as a response to the technical section (e.g., solution descriptions, architectural diagrams) as part of the RFI/RFP process
Provide various levels of reports for top opportunities, weekly progress reports and ad-hoc reports requested by management
Engagement Delivery:
Provide consulting services to EAM clients, helping them improve business performance
Capture customer requirements and end-to-end design solutions addressing customer’s business drivers
Lead the process to team with clients to understand current state processes and define future state business processes based on business objectives
Lead EAM implementations including project estimation, initiation, planning, design, build and deploy phases
Provide leadership in data migration activities from a finance business perspective
Configure applications according to requirements and design and lead and/or conduct required testing (e.g., Conference Room Pilot, System Testing)
Oversee the adoption of Infor Implementation Accelerators and lead workshops to aid in design process
Oversee the quality of project documentation such as test scripts and training materials to support user adoption
Oversee training activities such as training strategy and planning as part of the project training process
Provide post-go-live leadership, support and problem resolution to the client and team
Manage consulting resources and budget on client projects
Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (e.g., scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures
Participation in program leadership, governance and change enablement
Provide additional information and advice to the Service Delivery and Operations team during the implementation that drives successful delivery engagements that are profitable and of the highest quality

To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, MIS or related field.
Deep understanding of enterprise asset management processes including asset management, equipment maintenance, equipment tracking, mobility, and related functions (e.g., inventory mgt, procurement, supply chain)
Eight to ten years of related work experience with a minimum six years of Infor EAM experience including full suite implementations and/or major upgrades of the following applications
Flexibility to work across consulting services if needed
Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development
Experience with a minimum of two Infor EAM cloud implementations
Understanding of Infor EAM standard reports
Minimum five full Infor EAM implementations (full-life cycle to include: requirements gathering, business process design, testing, go-live and production support)
Minimum of five years’ experience working in the healthcare (e.g., Payers, Providers, Clinical Research), government and public sector or telecommunications
Willingness to travel up to 80%; valid driver’s license and US passport required
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration
