We are looking for a highly motivated and hard working candidate that is capable of setting up and operating a CNC Machining Center. Due to the size, cost, speed, sophistication, and/or complexity of the machinery; previous hands on experience is preferred. Set

up and operation includes, adjustment and/or replacement of expendable tooling, guides, jigs, and fixtures. This position will NOT require programming, this will consist of operating and setting up machines only.


Required Skills: To qualify for consideration, an applicant must possess the following skills. Possession of these skills is a prerequisite for employment.

  • Previous CNC Machining Center experience preferred (Vertical and/or Horizontal).

  • Operator must be capable of operating other equipment as required for the fabrication of various parts.

  • Responsible for producing quality parts in the most productive manner while following safe work practices.

  • Ability to operate the following plant equipment: forklift, hand cutting torch, pendant jib, gantry and overhead cranes.

  • Ability to use hand or powered hand tools.

  • Ability to add, subtract and multiply whole numbers, decimals and fractions. Convert decimals to fractions and vice versa.

  • Ability to use the following measuring tools: tape measure, steel rule, square.

  • Must be able to concentrate and maintain productivity in high pressure situations.

  • Must be able to work without close supervision.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Shift: Must be able to work 3rd Shift (9:45 PM - 6:15 AM, Sunday thru Thursday). Overtime will be required as needed.
