Job Description

$25.83 per hour

This is a M-F 2nd shift position.

The person in this position is responsible for keeping the building in good, working condition and the machinery under their charge in efficient, running order, making repairs as necessary on the following:

  • Boilers

  • Boiler room equipment

  • All refrigeration machines and equipment

  • Air Compressor

  • CO2 and equipment

  • NH3 and equipment

  • Water Softeners

  • All heat exchangers and equipment

  • Steam heat and equipment

  • HVAC equipment

  • All pumping equipment to include piping

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be able to pass a drug test

  • Must be able to pass a background check
