Position Description:

Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations and Print Production Department in support of recall and returns activity. Conduct tracking and provide reporting of key performance and production metrics and perform research as requested. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:•Run daily reports including, but not limited to: Daily follow-up requests & Misc follow-up requests.•Performs filing, faxing, emailing, sorting, printing, and assembly duties.•Research issues and questions relating to operational and print production items for both recall and returns.•Interact with consignees, other departments, and print vendors as needed to support activities.•Maintain reporting for all operational and print production items and daily activities for both recall and returns.•Create Service Requests when needed.•Update Visual Management Board (Calendar & Production Reports).•Performs other related duties as required or requested.

Position Requirements:

Education and Experience:•Education equivalent to graduation from high school, demonstrating excellent customer service and contact management skills.•Two or more years of excellent support experience in a customer service/professional environment.•Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Access and Word.
