The role of the Product Inside Sales Associate will be to sell electronic security products within our existing customer base, eCommerce, auction, and liquidation channels. This role will be responsible for driving product sales by coordinating with other sales representatives to sell to existing customers, creating product postings on eCommerce platforms, managing all customer inquiries, working with auction providers, and researching any other sales opportunities.
This role will report directly to the Indianapolis Distribution Center Manager but will also work closely with the local Sales Managers.
Responsible for driving electronic security products sales through multiple channels
Qualify and coordinate products sales opportunities with national account and local sales teams.
Design and create online listings for products on eCommerce platforms.
Provide high quality customer service including managing all customer inquiries in a timely manner and solving any customer order issues.
Refine eCommerce product posting process (i.e. create templates, standard technical spec layout, identify critical keywords to drive traffic, etc.)
Bundle excess inventory and negotiate with auction/liquidation vendors to maximize returns.
Develop a strong working knowledge of our security product offering.
Create a personal business plan to exceed sales targets.
Utilizing company provided CRM tools and reporting systems, maintain accurate information on sales opportunities, and forecasts.
1+ years of sales experience
High school diploma/GED
Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field of study
Inside sales development experience with high volume sales cycles
Security and/or information technology industry experience
Experience with eCommerce development and management
Experience using one or more of the following: eBay, Amazon, Facebook
