Recent acquisitions have made us the largest hand-tool, accessory and power tool manufacturer in the world and we are currently seeking candidates for an RPA Automation Developer in Indianapolis, IN.About the Role:Stanley Black and Decker s Intelligent Automation Solutions (IAS) Team works to find and realize opportunities to implement Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) currently consisting of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enable digital operations and activities at SBD. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Global Automation Delivery.Primary responsibility to develop RPA automations using Automation Anywhere software. Provides technical and functional leadership in designing and documenting the to-be process. Demonstrates incremental automation build progress to business subject matter experts through regular sprint demos. Guides business through UAT and transitions automation to support team.Key Responsibilities:Develop automations/bots using Automation Anywhere V11 and integrate additional technologies where applicable * Assess feasibility analysis for new automation opportunities * Document to-be process Architecture Diagram * Develop and maintain relationship with business subject matter experts to support successful delivery * Ability to work independently and proactively drive to deadline.
