Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform work assigned within a reasonable time and quality in accordance with factory and dealership standards.
Perform work as outlined on repair orders and document work performed.
Attend all factory-sponsored training classes and scheduled service meetings.
Familiarize self with all technical bulletins as handed down by the factory.
Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts to complete tasks.
Communicate with service advisor, parts department and customers as needed.
Keep equipment and work stall clean and neat, as well as the car while working on it.
The ideal candidate:
Must be detail oriented and have basic automotive repair skills.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear, legible handwriting. Above average math ability
Must have a clean, well groomed and professional appearance and an enthusiastic attitude at all times.
Valid Driver’s License with a good driving history.
