The Global Solutions Enablement team is looking for a highly motivated team player to deliver product, industry, technical, and soft skills training programs. This is a key and strategic role that requires a balance of technical expertise with a strong roll-up your sleeves and 'get it done' mentality. Success requires teaming with key stakeholders from our field solutions teams, industry go-to market teams, and sales enablement teams to drive the process, identifying key next steps, gaps and ultimately driving programs through the execution lifecycle. This position will have a focus on the Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Retail industries and cloud products.
Support the development of global enablement priorities with Strategy team and Solution Engineering leaders.
Align with business unit leadership, Industries GoTo Market, and regional teams to influence design, drive adoption, and measure success.
Coordinate global delivery of industry related programs in partnership with global Solutions leaders and strategy teams.
Enablement Program Design and Execution
Lead program strategy, design, and execution of solutions enablement programs in partnership with Solutions leadership across the globe, aligned to business challenges and organizational priorities.
Design scaled, virtual and in-person interactive enablement programs from needs assessment to prototyping and implementation.
Deliver technical implementation enablement workshops.
Partner closely with a Learning Design team, who co-designs, builds and manages learning curriculum, to ensure feedback is incorporated in course development.
Deliver participant-centered, and effective learning with confidence, passion and enthusiasm (both in-person and virtual).
Lead technical sessions related to Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Retail pre-sales and solution best practices
Ensure consistency across delivery experience for end-learners.
Manage detailed enablement projects, ensuring that project team members are focused and executing their assigned tasks effectively and on time.
Manage key logistical tasks including course assignments and scheduling.
Effectively communicate project details and updates to project team, appropriate governance teams, and key external stakeholders.
Manage an integrated communication plan of personalized touch points, with the goal of understanding the enablement needs of the Solutions organization, and to ensure support from key leaders and stakeholders.
Develop and manage messaging in support of the execution and success of each learning program.
Measurement and Continuous Improvement
Drive accountability, ownership, and metrics for the learning outcomes and the impact of enablement events and programs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively collecting feedback through various methods (e.g., assessments, survey’s, focus groups, etc.), evaluating learning effectiveness, and recommending changes to optimize the learning experience.
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience required
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Background in solution engineering, or technical enablement of solution engineering teams.
Deep understanding of Solution Engineering needs and challenges.
Familiarity with Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Retail industries
Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and related tasks, people, and deadlines.
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex, matrixed global organization.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds.
Good working understanding of key project management tools including spreadsheets (GoogleSheets, Excel, SmartSheets) and Presentation Tools (Powerpoint, GoogleSlides).
Courage to challenge perspectives, and give and receive constructive and honest feedback.
3 to 5 years previous enablement experience; working with and influencing solutions engineering professionals and executives.
Familiar with Salesforce products including Manufacturing Cloud and/or Consumer Goods Cloud OR Financial Services Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
Understanding of the Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and/or Retail OR Financial Services and/or Health and Life Sciences industries
Experience with LMS systems.
Hands-on experience with video editing software such as Camtasia, iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier.
