  • This position is located in Indianapolis, IN

Job Duties

  • Lead, direct and teach the Behavioral Science curriculum within the residency training program.

  • Manager all mental health personnel and training of residents and faculty in program.

  • Supervision of clinical mental health services/integration


  • Experience in clinical teaching, patient care and quality improvement required.

  • Training in medical education setting required.

  • Experience presenting scholarly activity, research or process improvement work required.

  • Behavioral science fellowship desirable.


  • PhD or PsyD in Psychology or related field preferred

  • Minimum MSW with LCSW


  • Clinical license in professional area of expertise; LCSW, HSPP or other similar license


  • Ability to teach individuals, groups and teams

  • Experience in classroom and clinical education

  • Understanding and experience of medical education environment

  • Ability to work with teams including physicians

  • Ability to manage group processes, training

  • Highly flexible as educator

  • Excellent critical thinking skills, interpersonal skills, supervisory, communication, assessment, and diagnostic skills.
