As part of a our Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with our recruiters and talent sourcers playing an integral part in shaping Lillys future by identifying and attracting talent to the company.With coaching and feedback, Lilly provides you the ability to further your growth as a HR professional within the organization.Develop knowledge of the business strategy, culture and deliverablesImprove upon existing practices and help to develop innovative strategies to attract diverse talent to the organizationPartner with campus recruiters and diversity talent sourcers with the development and implementation of sourcing plansProactively identify opportunities for improving candidate experienceSeek opportunities for process improvement without sacrificing candidate experienceUse solid judgment and thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environmentGenerate candidate interest through recruitment marketing andsocial mediamessaging to find, attract, engage with active and passive candidates.Basic Qualifications:HS Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of related or professional experience.Proven experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
