Become a part of our growing, dynamic team and we'll help you build a career you can be proud of.Pay, benefits and more.We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you'll do on a typical day:Manage the recruitment strategy for exempt and non-exempt level hiring effortsDevelop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of external candidates and balanced speed/quality of source to hire turnaroundProvide ongoing consultation for hiring managers and guidance to recruiting teamMeet regularly with the hiring managers to provide recruitment updates, determine target profiles and gather feedback on candidate poolsPosition and effectively articulate the XPO employment brandReview forecast models in partnership with respective hiring teamsWhat you need to succeed at XPO:At a minimum, you'll need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience5 years of experience managing a full life cycle recruitment function/process3 years of experience working with a leading applicant tracking systemExperience building and improving processes and establishing metrics to track and illustrate performanceDemonstrated expertise in strategic, proactive recruiting methodologiesIt'd be great if you also have:SPHR/PHR certification5 years of managerial/supervisory experience10 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experienceBe part of something big.XPO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
