Vehicle Service Group Business Development Analyst Compliance in MADISON, Indiana

VSG comprises 13 major vehicle lifting, wheel service, diagnostic and collision repair brands: Rotary Lift , Chief , Forward , Direct-Lift , Ravaglioli, Hanmecson , Revolution , Elektron, Blitz, Nogra, Butler, Space and Sirio. Job Title: Business Development Analyst / Compliance Reports To: Manager of Information Systems/Director FLSA Status: Exempt Summary Position provides support for eliciting the business needs of the customer to help implement solutions to business problems. Will provide support to the business units, technology teams, and support teams. Responsible for gathering requirements, development and ongoing enhancements to business applications and technologies. This position also provides support for VSG's IT compliance programs including Sarbanes-Oxley and PCI. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE: * Develops, coordinates, and executes plans to test business and functional processes during the development/configuration phase and quality assurance testing. * Assist in user acceptance testing, including reporting and documenting defects, and conducting root cause analysis. * Assists in troubleshooting post-implementation issues for large/complex projects. Monitors and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests. * Creates or assists others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, and procedures. * Assist other personnel on assignments including mentoring or providing on-the-job training to junior employees. * Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items. * Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns. * Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations. * Provides support to the Finance department with auditing, approvals and system maintenance. * Responsible for planning, organizing, executing and documenting work procedures and audits of regulated systems and related operations per Sarbanes-Oxley and PCI guidelines. * Create, maintain, and implement Service Center initiatives working with the business to meet ongoing needs with any of the integrated application platforms through quality assurance testing. * Provide support with external warehouse operations including on-site setup, service, or deconstruct needs. * Provide project management support for small to medium initiatives thru successful completion leveraging adopted project management methodologies and best practices. Responsibilities: Percentage of Time Project Management - work as team member gathering requirements, defining scope, and keeping project on schedule and on budget. Ensures test plans and procedures are developed and executed during the project life cycle. 30% Financial Analysis and Support: Audits and validates daily credit/debit memos. Maintain commission parameters and provides booking, sales and backlog analysis. 15% Compliance and Security: Supports weekly, monthly and quarterly PCI and Sarbanes-Oxley audits. Engages with the external auditors during the annual audit processes. 20% Business Development: Creates and maintains all aspects of the servicing platforms used by our Call Centers and external warehouses. 30% Other duties as assigned. 5% JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Required Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Finance * Knowledge of Project Management principals * Basic understanding of compliance programs such as Sarbanes- Oxley and PCI Preferred: * Experience in Project Management Software Development Life Cycle or Quality Assurance * Experience with any of the following: Salesforce.com, Genesys PureCloud, ERP (Current AS/400, Future Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics preferred), Manufacturing Systems, and Scan Gun applications Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Detail-oriented * Good communication and interperso
