JOB DESCRIPTION:less thanbr> Job Qualifications: Master s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required. Three to five years experience in behavioral health environment is preferred. Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred. Is licensed or is actively working toward acquisition of licensure.less thanbr> This individual would possess the qualities of being a self- starter, can take initiative, and work independently. Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable with technology and video interaction. Experience providing assessments and therapy is preferred.less thanbr> Summary of Job: Provide clinical services via tele-health consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions. This may include initial assessment and treatment for an individual, family, or couple that are requesting services. Our clientele consists of adults, adolescents, and children.less thanbr> Essential Duties and Responsibilities:less thanbr> Maintain working and functional telehealth equipment.less thanbr> Provide a professional and confidential working environment for telehealth clients.less thanbr> Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.less thanbr> Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical teamsless thanbr> Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.less thanbr> Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.less thanbr> Regular and reliable availability is required.less thanbr> Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices via telehealth.less thanbr> Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.less thanbr> Manage organizational communications daily (i.e. stay current with emails and review new source articles.)less thanbr> Attend all required meetings by video such as supervision, team, mandatory trainings, etc. Some travel may be necessary on a limited basis.less thanbr> Key Performance Indicatorsless thanbr> Meet billable hour productivity standards.less thanbr> Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.less thanbr> Complete most clinical documentation concurrently; with all being complete within one business day of the service provided.less thanbr> Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.less thanbr> Other Duties and Responsibilities:less thanbr> All other duties as assigned.less thanbr> TIME TYPE:Full timeless thanbr> Delivering Care that Changes People's Lives starts with our employees.
