BENEFITS AND COMMUNITY APPOINTMENT TYPE Non-Tenure-track/Contract LENGTH OF APPOINTMENT FT Academic Year DESCRIPTION The Assistant Lecturer/Assistant Teaching and Online Program Coordinator will teach two courses per term in the 11-month program, once the program is at full capacity, and will provide primary leadership for all aspects of the online MICS degree program, including recruiting, partnerships, curriculum, student success and retention, and career placement. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Masters degree and five to seven years of relevant work experience. AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE US Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master s degree in related field such as, but not limited to, Business, Communication, Telecommunications, or Information Technology. Experience with marketing and partnership development, adult instruction, and working knowledge of a range of information technologies.
