CACI International Acquisition / Procurement Analyst (Jr. to Mid-Level) Active Secret Clearance is a Plus in New Albany, Indiana
Responsible for providing support to various government contracting and procurement agencies with acquisition support. Includes but not limited to drafting solicitations, coordinating requirements, conducting market research, and qualifying vendors.
Applies knowledge of the Federal Government acquisition process to support customers with procurement of GFE
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide procurement support, buying materials and ODCs for various contracts
Perform market research and solicitations in support of assigned project material estimating requirements. Also consider and present alternatives to use internal (team-CACI) manufacturing sources when appropriate to meet customer cost and schedule requirements.
Develop and submit Requests to Initiate Procurement (RIPs) for COR approval (including providing quotes, market research, sole source justifications).
Initiate procurement, with all necessary documentation for submission to the CACI Shared Services Center via the P2P procurement management system.
Maintain a CACI credit card to accelerate micro-purchases on behalf of customer priority procurement.
Complete Financial tacking overview on all purchases and continuously maintain status, traceability, and expected delivery lead-times for pre-invoiced commitments.
Follow-up and expedite as necessary when venders do not meet projected delivery schedules and as needed to support customer mission requirements.
Monitor and report funding status for respective assigned projects to ensure adequacy to support planned material purchases.
Compile procurement multi-year end spreadsheets and reports
Assist program financial analysts in completing monthly invoices, monthly status and financial reports
Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance
Requires a BA/BS degree and 3 or more years of experience involving materials procurement, program analysis and/or financial management techniques and related project support requirements
An Associates Degree plus 4 years' additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelors degree.
Must be adept at using MS Office spreadsheets to perform financial management, analysis and reporting.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Previous experience in Naval Air (NAVAIR) or Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) acquisition support
Degree should be in business, finance, accounting or an equivalent field
Experience using integrated financial management systems e.g. SAP or ERP
Experience with CACI financial management tools including Deltek, Cognos and P2P
