In this role, you will oversee or prepare (compounds or oral) commercially available and investigational antineoplastic drugs; assess medication orders; assist with patient care activities including planning and implementing antineoplastic and antimetic drug regiments; monitor patient's response to drug therapy and fluid and pain control medications; recommend changes or alternative therapy; compound and dispense medication; provide drug related information to patients, physicians, and nurses

Opportunity to work in part of a multi-disciplinary team This position will be responsible for medication management, over sight of sterile compounding of hazardous medications, clinical pharmacy services and medication therapy management at the Cancer Center of Indiana, a service of Baptist Health Floyd

Monday - Friday Position, No Weekends Required
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college
Must hold current Indiana license or be eligible for license or reciprocity
At least one (1) year of related experience
At least six (6) months experience or training in oncology preferred
