Your responsibilities in this role

• Provide service for servers, load-balancers, and data storage across a variety of places

• Engage in service capacity planning, demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning

• Improve large-scale distributed systems by changing and creating new designs, architectures, standards and methods

Requirements

• Experience in high bandwidth HTTP traffic, content delivery and caching

• Efficient in crafting, analyzing and fixing large-scale distributed systems

• LAN (local area networks) experience

• VoIP experience

• Adeptness in Microsoft Exchange Server

• WANs (Wide Area Network) experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of Scripting Skills

• General familiarity with Scripting

• Strong familiarity with VPNs (virtual private networks)

• Experience with Microsoft Exchange

• Foundational knowledge of clustered and virtual storage solutions

• Network operating systems knowledge - as well as knowledge of programming or scripting language - is highly valued
